WHAT ARE PRETTY PRESSED NAILS?

Pretty Pressed offers press-on nail sets designed to give you a salon-worthy look without the salon appointment. Our goal is to make changing your nail look easy, fun, and convenient.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

For the most accurate fit, we recommend using a Pretty Pressed Sizing Kit before ordering your first set.

You can also measure your nails at home using our Find Your Pretty Pressed Size guide.

Remember to measure all 10 nails—your nail sizes may differ between hands.

DO I HAVE TO USE A SIZING KIT?

No. Our sizing kit is recommended for the most accurate fit, but you can also measure your nails at home using our sizing instructions.

WHAT IF I'M BETWEEN SIZES?

If you're between two available nail sizes, choose the slightly larger size. A press-on that's slightly too large can generally be carefully filed along the sides for a more customized fit.

WHAT COMES WITH MY PRETTY PRESSED SET?

Each Pretty Pressed set includes your made-to-order press-on nails, plus everything you need for application:

• Nail glue
• Adhesive tabs
• Nail buffer
• Cuticle stick
• Nail file
• Alcohol prep pad

Your nails are made in the shape, length, and custom sizing you select when ordering.

HOW DO I APPLY MY PRETTY PRESSED NAILS?

Proper preparation makes a difference!

Clean and prep your natural nails, apply your peel-off base coat if desired, apply your nail adhesive, and carefully press each nail into place.

DO I HAVE TO USE THE PEEL-OFF BASE COAT?

No. The peel-off base coat is optional.

We recommend it for customers who want easier removal and to help preserve their Pretty Pressed set for future wear.

Skipping the peel-off base coat may create a stronger adhesive bond and can make removal more difficult.

HOW LONG WILL MY NAILS LAST?

With proper prep and application, most Pretty Pressed sets can last around 2 weeks, with some wearers getting up to 3 weeks.

Wear time varies depending on nail preparation, application method, adhesive, lifestyle, and daily activities.

For the best wear, follow the application and care instructions provided with your Pretty Pressed set.

CAN I REUSE MY PRETTY PRESSED NAILS?

Pretty Pressed sets may be reusable when they're applied, removed, cleaned, and stored carefully.

Using the optional peel-off base coat can help make removal easier and may help preserve your set for another wear.

Results will vary depending on the application and removal method and the condition of the nails after wear.

HOW DO I REMOVE MY NAILS?

Never pull, rip, or force your press-ons from your natural nails.

Follow our How to Apply & Remove Your Pretty Pressed Nails guide for removal instructions. If you feel resistance during removal, give the adhesive more time to loosen rather than forcing the nail off.

CAN I FILE MY PRETTY PRESSED NAILS?

Minor filing around the sides may help fine-tune the fit of a slightly larger nail.

Avoid excessive filing, which can alter the shape or design of your set.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM NAIL SETS?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Pretty Pressed sets are made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time. Once your order ships, delivery time will depend on the shipping method and carrier.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because sizing and product condition can affect return eligibility, we strongly recommend confirming your measurements before ordering.

WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?

Because Pretty Pressed sets are made to order using the sizing information you provide, all sales are final.
