Pretty Pressed nail sets are made to order according to the sizing information provided with your order. Please review your measurements carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5–7 business days for your Pretty Pressed order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Processing time begins after your order and all required sizing information have been received.

Processing time does not include carrier transit time.

Once your order has shipped, please allow additional time for the shipping carrier to deliver your package. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Pretty Pressed's control.

Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships.

SIZING

Because Pretty Pressed sets are made according to the measurements provided with your order, please confirm your sizing before placing your order.

For the most accurate fit, we recommend using a Pretty Pressed Sizing Kit.

You may also use the instructions provided in our Find Your Pretty Pressed Size guide to measure your nails at home.

Each Pretty Pressed nail set is made to order based on the sizing information submitted with the order.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please carefully review your selected design, sizing information, shipping address, and other order details before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact Pretty Pressed promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate next steps.

Please note that this does not cover sizing issues resulting from measurements or sizing information submitted with your order.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Pretty Pressed as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipped.
