RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each Pretty Pressed nail set is made to order using the sizing information you provide. Because our sets are customized and made specifically for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors resulting from measurements or sizing information submitted with your order.

Please carefully review your sizing information before placing your order. If you are unsure of your size, we recommend ordering a Pretty Pressed Sizing Kit before purchasing a made-to-order nail set.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact Pretty Pressed promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate next steps.

This does not cover sizing issues resulting from measurements or sizing information submitted with your order.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order. After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, your order may enter production and can no longer be canceled.

If you need to request a change to your order, please contact Pretty Pressed as soon as possible. Because our products are made to order, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
