PROCESSING TIME

Pretty Pressed nail sets are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Processing time does not include shipping/transit time. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES

Pretty Pressed currently ships within the United States.

Standard Shipping — $8.00
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days

Express Shipping — $15.00
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days

Free Standard Shipping is available on qualifying orders of $70 or more.

Transit times are estimates provided after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays or other circumstances outside of Pretty Pressed’ control may affect delivery times.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Pretty Pressed as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact Pretty Pressed promptly through our Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate next steps.

Please note that this does not cover sizing issues resulting from measurements or sizing information submitted with your order.
